Himalaya Safety Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd is Nepal’s responsible, reliable, credible, and best Trekking / Travel Company. This Company has registered under the legal provision of “The company act of Nepal”. We accept your trekking /Travel booking according to the subsequent terms and conditions.
01. Payment:
To be closed your intended trip – 45 % down payment is required to make an advance as per the corporate policy of Himalaya Safety Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd.
Note: Please Fill in the Purpose of Sending Money Clearly While Depositing Payment otherwise We could not receive payments.
02. Payment of the Balance:
The payment of the outstanding balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before your departure. If you decide to settle your holiday balance of master card /visa card /maestro card a handling cost of 3.5% on the outstanding balance is formed .there is no handling cost for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
03. Refund:
On flight cancellation the sum of 35% of the flight charge will be deducted.
No refund will be made for the 25 % deposit amount in case of cancellation of the trip for any other reason . Having paid the full amount for any trip, you can incur a refund if you want to cancel your trip . Still, the cancellation charge is invoiced to you. In the case of cancellation, we will not return the 25 % deposit money. Nevertheless, you have imposed a cancellation charge as advised below.

04. A way to pay your Deposit:

05. Last Hour Booking:
We settle for your last hour booking with 100 % Payment (01 day before the tour beginning date solely IN CASE OF Nepal visit, However, last hour BOOKING won’t BE ACCEPTABLE FOR India, Bhutan, and Tibet TRIPS)
06. Travel Insurance:
The important factor is your insurance, which you should have done. Although, you have to buy first aid instruments, you should consider and be responsible for medical, helicopter evacuation, and personal accidents
07. Incomplete Tour:
We can’t provide you the refund money if you drop out of your trip because of your personal interest or problems. But in the case of the company, if you can’t complete it you will get your money back.
08. Unexpected situation:
HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD informs you about the weather condition and the political situation of the intended trekking/tour spots. If there will be any difficulty, we refer to an alternative destination of the same standard. Although you can’t satisfy we give you all of your money back. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
09. Documents:
Your papers and documents related to visiting should be completed. On the way, if you are stopped by the personal documents case, HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD. will not take responsibility. In the process of completing documents, the necessary requirements should be fulfilled yourself.
10. Additional Charge:
The proposed package trek and tour is based on a twin sharing basis, or the facility provided by the company is generally two people in bedrooms and tents. If you need to make separate payments, you should pay the additional charge.
11. Your Responsibility:
We always perform your package (travel Trip) very clearly and with full of responsibility. Our guide, as well as the company, will act punctually but on the way, if you do any unnecessary and illegal activities you should compel to drop out of your journey. Moreover, we can’t give your remaining money back.
12. Impact on Journey:
HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD always stands for your happiness and effort as possible. But the cause of its geographical structure and development of proper amenities can’t be archived. Thus, patience in mind and proper preparation before heading are most to venture into a journey.
13. Your Possessions:
HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD will not be responsible if you lost and damage your property throughout the trip. Furthermore HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD will be unanswerable for personal possessions.
14. Safety and responsibility:
Our Trekking Company HIMALAYA SAFETY TREKS & EXPEDITION PVT. LTD and a whole representative team of trekking always do a better effort honestly and sincerely on the behalf of your concern. However, the process might affect by inherent and hidden whether, circumstances, landslides, floods, road blocks, or delays in flight, Flight cancellation can create negative thinking but you should be compromised and try to adjust as well as the rising should bear yourself. Trekking in remote areas especially during the odd session, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delay and avoid frustrating consequences. In case of flight cancellation, pre-tour/Post tour you need to meet your accommodation and food cost yourself.
